“Every session begins with a professional assessment to ensure the selected option is appropriate for you.”

The pathway

  1. Calibrate

Bloodwork and biomarker review establish the deficits and goals your infusion is designed against. Vital signs are assessed and contraindications screened before any treatment.

  2. Infuse

Quiet, monitored sessions delivered by a licensed clinician. Single infusions or structured multi-week programs, 30–90 minutes depending on protocol.

  3. Replenish

Restore the body's optimal level of fluids, electrolytes, and vital nutrients.

IV Therapies

Structured for sustained results.

Each program is built around a wellness goal and delivered over a structured cadence. Formulations are personalized to your assessment findings.

Our Approach

Evidence-informed. Always individualized.

Research-Grounded

Our team continuously reviews current scientific literature on hydration, micronutrient physiology, healthy aging, and lifestyle medicine.

Personalized Assessment

Every client receives an individualized wellness assessment. IV therapy is never one-size-fits-all — it is calibrated to your health status and goals.

Complementary, Not Replacement

IV therapy is best understood as a supportive wellness tool — not a substitute for nutrition, sleep, exercise, and foundational health practices.

Responsible Practice

We make no unsubstantiated claims. Where research is evolving — such as with NAD+ — we communicate that clearly and honestly with every client.

The Science

What the research suggests.

At canBwell, our approach to IV therapy is grounded in an evidence-informed understanding of hydration, micronutrient physiology, and lifestyle medicine. While IV nutrient therapy is widely used in clinical and wellness settings, current research continues to explore its applications, benefits, and limitations.

We view IV therapy as a complementary option that, when properly assessed and administered, can support specific wellness goals — particularly around hydration, recovery, and targeted nutrient delivery. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Individual experiences vary. Where large-scale clinical evidence in healthy populations remains limited, we communicate that clearly — and we stay current as research evolves.

Hydration & Fluid Balance

Intravenous fluid administration is a well-established medical practice for restoring hydration and electrolyte balance. IV hydration delivers fluids directly into systemic circulation, which research shows can restore hydration status efficiently in appropriate contexts — particularly when oral intake is limited by travel, fatigue, or physical demand.

El-Sharkawy et al., 2015 — Clinical Nutrition

Micronutrients & Cellular Function

Vitamins C, B-complex, and magnesium play essential roles in energy metabolism, immune function, and cellular repair. IV delivery achieves significantly higher plasma concentrations of vitamin C compared to oral supplementation — relevant in specific clinical contexts, though the advantage in healthy individuals is still under investigation.

Padayatty et al., 2004 — Annals of Internal Medicine

NAD+ & Cellular Aging

NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy production, DNA repair, and metabolic regulation. Preclinical studies suggest NAD+ levels decline with age and may be associated with reduced mitochondrial function. Early clinical research is exploring IV NAD+ therapy, but large-scale human trials are still needed to confirm long-term efficacy.

Verdin, 2015 — Science; Picard et al., 2018 — Nature Reviews

Immune & Lifestyle Medicine

In integrative and lifestyle medicine, IV therapy is increasingly used as a supportive tool for individuals seeking hydration, recovery, and general well-being. While some studies suggest benefits in populations with nutrient deficiencies or elevated physiological stress, randomized controlled trials in general wellness populations remain limited.
